In 1914, Milton Blackwell began selling his cream and butter at the Farmer’s Market in Kamloops. More than 100 years later, and the Blackwell Dairy Farm continues to produce some of Canada’s best pasteurized dairy products with the care of a family operation. Here, on the grasslands of Kamloops, Blackwell’s happy cows allow the farm to make a full line of delicious dairy products, including milk, sour cream and artisan cheese.
